Position Summary
The Director of Life Sciences will lead the efforts within life science companies to identify opportunities for utilization of the NeuroDiscovery AI dataset to support data and analytic needs. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of all aspects related to Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) generation. Additionally, this candidate should have experience in B2B sales within pharmaceutical organizations. This role requires a highly motivated and determined business development leader who has strong connections , contacts within life science companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify life science companies and their portfolio of products which could benefit from NDAI product offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to qualify leads and prepare them for discussion.
- Lead discussions related to utilization of real-world data and real-world evidence.
- Develop proposals based on client needs and NDAI capabilities.
- Participate in events, trade shows, and conferences to represent NDAI and generate new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with research team to assure alignment for new project opportunities.
- Prospect new business opportunities for revenue-generating projects.
- Help manage client relationships and ensure all expectations of engagement are met.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience within the RWD,RWE space.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent networking and communication skills.
- Technical understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and how real-world data is utilized to support research and analytics.
- Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Proven track of closing sales opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings.
