SafeVig Solutions is looking for aDirector – Business Development & Strategic Partnerships with 12–15 years of experience , preferably from CRO / Clinical Research / Pharmacovigilance organizations , to join us at a high-growth phase.

This role is for someone who thrives in a startup environment , takes ownership, and is driven by building long-term client partnerships—not just closing deals.

🔍 What we’re looking for:

12–15 years of BD experience in CROs / Life Sciences / PV / Clinical Research
Strong exposure to global pharma, biotech, sponsors, and CRO clients
Proven ability in lead generation, client engagement, proposals, negotiations & closures
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setup
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
