What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery across high-impact analytics workstreams; serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership.
• Build and implement cutting-edge BI and analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx .
• Drive initiatives in claims analytics , launch analytics , and brand KPI tracking to measure performance across the product lifecycle.
• Shape and execute Salesforce strategy and Salesforce effectiveness programs, optimizing field force and sales operations.
• Provide strategic input on Salesforce sizing , IC & call plan design , go-to-market planning , and marketing mix modeling .
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to drive operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide analytics teams, promoting best practices in quality, automation, and client communications.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and developing new analytics offerings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and continuously identify ways to add strategic value.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of analytics experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical consulting (U.S. market focus).
• Strong track record managing multiple client-facing projects across commercial and brand teams.
• Expertise in commercial operations , brand analytics , and pharma sales/marketing analytics .
• Clear communicator with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
• Self-starter with a consultative mindset and sharp analytical skills.
• Proficient in industry-standard tools: SQL, Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx .
