You bring deep industry expertise, hands-on experience with key pharma datasets (e.g., LAAD, DDD, XPO ), and a passion for solving complex real-world business problems through advanced analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery across high-impact analytics workstreams; serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership.
• Build and implement cutting-edge BI and analytics solutions using SQL, Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx.
• Drive initiatives in claims analytics , launch analytics , and brand KPI tracking to measure performance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Shape and execute Salesforce strategy and Salesforce effectiveness programs , optimizing field force and sales operations.
• Provide strategic input on Salesforce sizing , incentive compensation , call plan design , go-to-market planning , and marketing mix modeling .
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to enhance operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop analytics teams, promoting best practices in quality, automation, and client communication .
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and developing new analytics offerings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and continually identify ways to add strategic value.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (in a quantitative, analytics, business, or related field).
• 10+ years of analytics experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical consulting (U.S. market focus).
• Strong track record managing multiple client-facing projects across commercial and brand teams.
• Deep expertise in commercial operations , brand analytics , and pharma sales/marketing analytics .
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights .
• Consultative, self-driven mindset with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools: SQL, Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx .
