- Explore: Market research and strategic consultation to guide informed decisions on market entry, product launches, etc.

Our Marketing Unit leads the Amplify stage, managing social channels like Kakao and Instagram, and running paid campaigns on Naver, Kakao, Google, Meta, and other platforms.

Digital Marketing Senior Associate in Asiance
As a member in Asiance’s Marketing Unit, you will collaborate with other digital marketing specialist and your team leader to manage projects in the form of social media channel and paid digital campaigns management. You’ll develop media plans and strategies aligned with client KPIs and business objectives, communicate with clients on project details, and deliver actionable insights to improve performance.
Key Activities :
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Lead and optimize end-to-end multi-channel campaigns (Naver, Kakao, Meta, Google), aligning media strategies with client business KPIs.
- Manage strategic budget allocation across channels and scale performance through proactive data analysis and real-time bidding adjustments.
- Direct content strategies for social media and oversee the end-to-end production/localization process to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Establish and enforce quality standards (QC) for ad assets, managing the preview/mock-up workflow to ensure 100% brand consistency and technical compliance.
- Drive A/B testing and creative iteration based on performance data to continuously improve conversion rates and ad relevance.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze cross-channel data to derive actionable insights and provide high-level strategic recommendations.
- Implement and manage tracking solutions (GA4/GTM) and automate reporting dashboards to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Clients & Stakeholder Leadership
- Take ownership of project timelines and ensure seamless workflow with internal/external teams.
- Lead operational communication with clients, addressing technical requirements and inquiries.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of performance reports and proposal drafts for client meetings and reviews.
- Manage administrative tasks: contract reviews, invoicing, and budget tracking with high accuracy.
Strategic Support & Team Collaboration
- Support new business proposals through market/competitor research and technical drafts.
- Manage critical project issues with a solution-oriented approach and mentor junior team members on operational best practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance and social media campaigns (Agency background preferred).
- Proven track record in managing campaigns for Luxury, Fashion, or Cosmetics brands, with a deep understanding of industry trends.
- Professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal), with the ability to lead meetings and translate strategic nuances.
- Strong ownership and project management skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to navigate complex client requirements.
- High proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and PPT for structured, data-driven reporting.
Preferred Skills :
- Advanced hands-on experience in managing/optimizing Naver (SA/DA), Kakao (Moment), Meta, and Google Ads.
- Practical knowledge of GA4 and GTM setup, including event tracking implementation and customized dashboard creation.
- Proficiency in modern productivity and design collaboration tools such as Notion, Figma, or Slack.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail under tight deadlines.

- Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Lunch 12:30–1:30)
