We are seeking a results-driven and highly technical Digital Marketing Manager to completely own the acquisition, conversion, and retention strategy for our suite of digital products. This role requires a unique blend of creative flair, technical competence in marketing automation, and deep knowledge of performance marketing across the entire customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will be a hands-on builder responsible for the full funnel, from the first click to the final purchase and automation sequence.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage high-performing paid and organic social media campaigns and digital advertising initiatives aimed at driving qualified traffic and product sign-ups.
Funnel Development (CRO): Build, manage, and optimise high-converting landing pages and sales funnels, demonstrating practical experience with platforms similar to ClickFunnels (e.g., Leadpages, Unbounce, WordPress builders).
Copywriting & Creative: Develop compelling, benefit-driven copywriting for ads, landing pages, and email sequences, ensuring clear brand voice and strong calls-to-action.
Technical Automation: Architect and implement end-to-end CRM automation workflows, including lead scoring, nurturing sequences, abandoned cart recovery, and post-purchase follow-ups.
E-commerce Operations: Manage and optimise checkout cart configurations, payment gateway integrations, and ensure a seamless, high-conversion purchase experience.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse , and report on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) to identify funnel bottlenecks and drive continuous conversion rate optimisation .
