Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our expanding team. This internship provides practical experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and community engagement. The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing and growth teams to enhance Hello Recruiter's online presence and engage with professional communities.

Responsibilities

• Market Research:  Identify and gather data on industry professionals, universities, startups, and HR communities relevant to our objectives.
• Outreach & Networking:  Assist in outreach efforts to connect with industry leaders, educators, and professionals for potential content collaborations and partnerships.
• Community Engagement:  Participate in online discussions and enhance Hello Recruiter's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and Quora by sharing insights and engaging in conversations.
• Social Media Support:  Help in the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Content Collaboration:  Coordinate with contributors and assist in the management of articles, interviews, and video shoots for our social media content.
• Trend Analysis:  Monitor emerging trends in HR tech, recruitment, and marketing to propose innovative campaign ideas.
• Performance Tracking:  Monitor engagement metrics, campaign performance, and community growth using basic analytics tools.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
• Passion for B2B marketing, startups, and the HR tech industry.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools or AI productivity platforms (training will be provided).
