We work with ambitious brands in healthcare, pharma, beauty, retail, and fashion eCommerce.
Now we're looking for a Digital Marketing Account Executive to join our growing team.
What this role actually is
This isn't just a “manage campaigns and send reports” position.
You'll sit between strategy, performance, creative, and client communication helping brands turn digital marketing activity into measurable growth.
You'll work closely with performance marketers, account managers, creatives, developers, and clients across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Taboola.
You'll also have the opportunity to work on Advisable's own digital products, built inside our Venture Studio.
What you'll work on
→ Digital campaign management: Support the planning, setup, monitoring, and optimisation of campaigns across major digital advertising platforms.
→ Client communication: Participate in client calls, share updates, explain performance trends, and turn feedback into clear next steps.
→ Account coordination: Help manage day-to-day client needs, timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams.
→ Reporting & insights: Prepare performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
→ eCommerce growth: Support product feed optimisation, campaign structure, budget pacing, and ROAS improvement across multiple brands.
→ Creative testing: Collaborate with content and creative teams to test new ideas, formats, audiences, and messaging.
→ Learning & innovation: Explore AI-powered tools, automation, and emerging trends in digital marketing.
What we're looking for
You have some hands-on experience in digital marketing and want to grow inside a fast-moving agency environment.
You're analytical, organised, proactive, and comfortable working with both data and people.
→ 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, account management, or media buying
→ Good working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
→ Familiarity with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Taboola is a plus
→ Basic understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution
→ Interest in eCommerce, product feeds, ROAS, CAC, and growth metrics
→ Confidence in communicating with clients and explaining campaign performance clearly
→ Strong organisational skills and ability to coordinate tasks across teams
→ AI-native mindset: Proven ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-powered marketing solutions to improve productivity, analysis, and campaign performance
