Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of all marketing and product-related digital assets for content marketing, social media, events and the website.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product and content teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
• Create and edit multimedia content (graphics, motion, video) that effectively showcases LEGALFLY’s brand and value proposition.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to iterate on designs and prioritise workload according to business needs.
• Conduct market research and analyse design trends to inform brand strategy and design decisions.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and defend design choices with a clear rationale.
• Stay updated on industry trends, UX best practices and emerging technologies to keep the brand and product at the forefront of design innovation.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• Have 5+ years of experience in digital design or a related role.
• Have proven experience in:
• Graphic design – adverts, social media assets, presentations, promotional materials.
• Motion design – animations for new product features, announcements, after effects.
• Product imagery – working closely with product design in a SaaS context.
• Web design & editing – hands-on experience with Webflow.
• Experience in an AI, SaaS or tech company is a big plus.
• Have mastery of modern design tools such as Figma (mandatory) and are proficient with video editing and motion graphics tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Bring strong graphic design skills with a good grasp of UX principles.
• Can demonstrate a strong portfolio showing a range of design work and a deep understanding of brand identity.
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects at once.
• Have strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
• Possess good written and verbal English skills, Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Are able to work from our Ghent or London office at least three days per week
