We're Hiring: Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
100% Remote | Senior Level | 3–5+ years experience
We are looking for a high-performing Paid Ads expert who can take full ownership of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, drive scalable growth, and consistently deliver strong ROAS and profitable results.
This is not just another execution role. You will own strategy, optimization, and scaling for global campaigns with significant budgets.
What You Will Own:
Build, manage, and aggressively scale Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Advantage+).
Deeply optimize campaigns to lower CPA, maximize ROAS, and improve overall conversion rates.
Design and continuously improve conversion funnels from awareness to purchase, including A/B testing landing pages and user journey optimization.
Analyze large datasets using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and other BI tools to uncover insights and scaling opportunities.
Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
Support and align with SEO strategy including keyword mapping and content optimization.
Collaborate closely with creative, product, and web teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and user experience.
Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, with strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive high salary: $1,200 - $2,000 USD per month (depending on experience and proven results) plus attractive performance bonus based on ROAS and revenue contribution.
