What the job involves

• Started your career as an Outbound BDR
• Have knowledge of HR tech and most specifically the ATS ecosystem
• Are proficient with at least one recognized framework: MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, SPICED, BANT or any other relevant methodology
• Build QA environments: Set up and maintain scalable, reproducible test environments using Kubernetes and Docker
• Handle GitOps and deployments: Manage the deployment lifecycle with ArgoCD so every protocol version can be deployed to test zama protocol reliably
• Improve pipelines: Design and maintain CI workflows in GitHub Actions that run complex test suites as part of our development process
• Automate environment provisioning: Use Terraform and Helm to provide on-demand, multi-node test networks for the QA team
• Add observability: Deploy and manage Prometheus and Grafana to help monitor protocol behavior and investigate issues
• Develop tooling: Write internal tools and scripts in Python and Bash to automate setup, test data management, and other repetitive tasks
