Experienced Infrastructure & Platform Services Delivery Engineer to provide delivery, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure and platform services. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing environments across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid platforms for Intel-based Windows and Linux OS to include Active Directory. The successful candidate will combine strong technical and practical expertise with operational experience and adherence to service management disciplines.

✅ 3–6 years of hands-on experience with Intel-based platforms

✅ Experience with server operating systems: Windows Server 2019/2022 and/or Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu).

✅ Proficiency in BMC/IPMI-based remote management and out-of-band server management tools.

✅ Familiarity with server virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM).

✅ Experience with storage technologies: RAID configurations, SAN/NAS connectivity, NVMe.

✅ Knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, bonding/teaming, and Ethernet/InfiniBand connectivity.

✅ Solid understanding of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.

✅ Experience managing domain controllers, AD sites and services, and replication topology.

✅ Familiarity with Kerberos, LDAP, and NTLM authentication protocols.

✅ Exposure to software-defined infrastructure (SDI) or composable infrastructure platforms.

✅ Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and monitoring.
