Responsibilities
You will be part of our product development and delivery team for our inhouse developed Cloud Native Container platform Kubeport.
You will be building features as part of the product to continuously improve the value we deliver to our customers.
You will be delivering the product to our customers using IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps (Ansible, ArgoCD) methods in the Datacenter of our client or Microsoft Azure.
You will deploy, configure and manage Cloud Native tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Kafka, Rook-Ceph, Pulsar, … or any other tool on the Cloud Native Computing Foundation Landscape.
You will join customer scrum calls and will support our customers in their search for infrastructure solutions related to the product.
You will troubleshoot complex problems which will improve your troubleshooting skills.
You will perform tests in our internal labo environment to execute proof of concepts for ideas that emerged from the internal discussions of the scrum team.
You will create Kubernetes operators (in Python) to perform automated tasks inside the platform towards services inside or outside of the platform.
You will be part of team knowledge sharing sessions as receiver or as a presenter, increasing the overall knowledge of the team.

We are improving and managing a multitenant container platform framework, fully automated with IaC and GitOps concepts in an agile environment. In time you are expected to build up experience with IaC and GitOps as well.
Since automation is at the core of the product, scripting skills (python) are a major plus.
You will be part of the container platform service team providing platform support to customers, mainly developer profiles, so knowledge of CI/CD and basic development concepts is a major plus.
The platform is hosted either on premise in our own datacenters, the customer datacenter or in the public cloud (mainly Azure). Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure is a major plus.
