SUMMARY Mortenson Development Inc, (MDI) is currently seeking a Development Analyst that will be responsible for providing detailed financial analysis of potential new development opportunities and investments, conducting market research and analysis, participating and managing due diligence on new opportunities, compiling internal reporting and information packages for presentation purposes and financing, and generally providing deal-level and general office support and assistance where needed, including throughout the life cycle of the real estate development process. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
