Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Developer Experience Engineer. As a key team member, you will design, refine, and maintain tools, libraries, and documentation that optimize the developer experience with Zof AI's platform. You will collaborate with engineers, contribute to building SDKs and APIs, create user-friendly documentation, and ensure that developers can integrate features seamlessly into their workflows. Additionally, you will provide technical support to customers, gather feedback to improve products, and advocate for developer-friendly solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other relevant coding skills
Experience with designing and maintaining developer tools, SDKs, and REST or GraphQL APIs
Strong documentation, technical writing, and communication skills for creating user guides and tutorials
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, software testing frameworks, and debugging techniques
Understanding of containerization, cloud services, and distributed systems
Ability to work collaboratively across engineering and product management teams
