We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to play a hands-on role in leading, developing, and maintaining DevOps processes for FlyNava products. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with the full lifecycle of the product development process and possess a continuous improvement mindset. You will produce well-designed, efficient, and maintainable processes for multiple product families, ensuring alignment with backend specifications and coordination with stakeholders such as product, UI, and Backend leads to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of DevOps deliverables with the overall solution and processes.
Responsibilities:
Lead the DevOps team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
AWS, GCP are mandatory and AZURE add on
Develop and maintain DevOps processes for FlyNava products.
Ensure DevOps implementation aligns with backend specifications and overall product requirements.
Collaborate with product, UI, and Backend leads to align DevOps deliverables.
Produce well-designed, efficient, and maintainable processes.
Continuously improve DevOps processes and methodologies.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
Build and maintain development, staging, and production environments.
Use orchestration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and similar IaC technologies.
Manage source control using Git and other SCM tools, crafting branching strategies to meet product and business needs.
Use scripting technologies like Python and PowerShell for automated software installations and upgrades.
Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Manage single tenant and multi-tenant SaaS/PaaS applications.
Provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders on all aspects of DevOps.
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to ensure processes meet quality standards.
Make practical decisions with the ability to adapt to changing contexts.
Manage backlogs and systematically address technical debt.
Skills and Qualifications:
About Us - FlyNava Technologies | AI-Powered Airline Revenue Optimization
2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with AWS, and optionally Microsoft Azure, with cloud experience in product release operations.
Experience as a DevOps engineer for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Proven experience in implementing CI/CD in GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar for enterprise web/desktop software.
Experience in continuous testing and continuous monitoring technologies.
Proven experience in building and maintaining development, staging, and production environments.
Skilled in orchestration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and similar IaC technologies.
Proficient in Git and other SCM tools, with experience crafting branching strategies.
Proficient in scripting technologies like Python, PowerShell, and others for automated software installations and upgrades.
Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
Experience managing single tenant and multi-tenant SaaS/PaaS applications is preferred.
Strong inclination towards practical decision-making with changing contexts.
Experienced in Agile/Scrum development processes, managing backlogs, and addressing technical debt systematically.
