What You’ll Do:
Provide end-to-end desktop support to employees
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain systems
Support IT infrastructure and ensure minimal downtime
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless technology operations
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong hands-on experience in desktop support
✔ Good understanding of Windows OS, networking, and IT security basics
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and under pressure
