You’re joining an early-stage startup that is already working with leading firms such as Ernst & Young, HVG Law, Banning, and many more. The role
We’re hiring a Design Engineer to set the standard for how professionals experience AI. This role goes beyond translating designs. You’ll be the one creating flows, shaping interaction models, and coding them into reality. From requirements and early ideas, you’ll design and engineer systems that are intuitive, responsive, and visually stunning.
You’ll work directly with the CPO and a team of talented engineers to define our design language, build our design system, and bring motion and refinement into every corner of the product. The work you do will shape not only how the product feels it will define the form factor of AI in legal tech.
What you’ll be working on
- Translate complex AI-driven workflows into simple, elegant, and intuitive interfaces.
- Prototype and iterate on new interaction models, from micro-interactions to end-to-end flows.
What we’re looking for
- A rare hybrid: an engineer with a designer’s eye. You can both design and code at a high level.
- Strong skills in Vue.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS, with a portfolio of coded work.
- Proven experience designing and building flows, systems, and interaction patterns, not just individual screens.
- Obsession with motion, detail, and the overall feel of products.
- Comfortable working from rough requirements and shaping them into elegant, usable systems.
