Role Description
This is client onsite role.
Applix is looking for a strong Design Engineer with experience in engine air system components, especially heat shields, wraps, flexpipes, and related components.
This role is ideal for someone who can independently develop concept designs, create detailed 3D models in CREO, coordinate design reviews, and work closely with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
Key requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience with CREO 3D modeling
• Experience with engine air system components such as heat shields, wraps, and flexpipes
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and GD&T application
• Experience with PLM tools such as Teamcenter
• Ability to independently develop concept designs and support design reviews
• Strong communication skills to lead, review, and coordinate design activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Exposure to CAE simulation tools is a plus
