About the role

We build systems that protect Europe, and you’ll in turn protect us, and our facilities.

This role is based in Athens.

In this role you will get to

• Support our Security Lead with the design and running of our site-wide security programs covering access control, CCTV, alarms, patrols and more.
• Conduct risk assessments, drills and incident investigations, then drive corrective actions.
• Partner with our support and operational teams on emergency response and business continuity plans.
• Plan security for expansions or new production lines, ensuring protection is built in from day one.

Must have experience

• 3 + years managing physical security for high risk sites.
• Proven leadership of shift-based security teams and third-party vendors.
• Hands-on expertise with electronic access systems, surveillance platforms and incident reporting tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Greek workplace safety and security regulations
• Completed military service obligations.
• Ability to apply for a national security clearance.

Nice to have experience

• Military, policing or government security background.
• Security industry professional certification.
• Familiarity with integrating cyber and physical security measures.
• Familiarity with drafting and filing documents, especially Greek army’s and Greek authorities correspondence system.
