What We’re Looking

• For· 5+ years of SOC/IR/threat hunting experience.
• Strong technical expertise across SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intel.
• Able to be the primary technical / SOC authority to support customer engagements and lead onboardings, bridging between Customer Success and Product Teams.
• Ability to bridge technical depth with executive-level communication.
• Leadership and mentorship experience in a SOC environment.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and Thai PDPA/NCSA regulations (preferred).

Performance Metrics

• Number of Customers Successfully Onboarded
• Time to Value; Onboarding Speed
• Report Accuracy & Clarity: % of reports passing without major rewrite.
• Critical Escalation SLA: % of incidents escalated and resolved within SLA.
• AI Validation Impact: Reduction in false positives/negatives from AI-assisted investigations.
• Team Enablement: Analyst progression into advanced roles; improved CSAT feedback.
