That's why we are hiring a Deployment Strategist.

As a Deployment Strategist, you play a central role in turning enterprise ambition into deployable, measurable solutions. You work closely with client stakeholders, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product teams to ensure that deployments are well-designed, run according to plan and deliver real value .

This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in strategy, operations, or technology consulting who wants to move closer to execution and see their work land in real systems.

What You'll Do Understand the client context

• Build a solid understanding of the client’s strategy, operations, and constraints
• Capture and document strategic goals, KPIs, and success criteria
• Map current (“as-is”) business processes clearly and objectively
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Define value and scope

• Work with the client to define how success will be measured
• Help translate strategic goals into clear, realistic KPIs
• Contribute to defining a mission scope that is both feasible and impactful
• Ensure alignment between stakeholders on priorities and expectations

Functional design & collaboration

• Support translating business analysis into functional designs and user stories
• Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure feasibility
• Proactively involve Product experts where needed
• Help keep solutions simple, coherent, and focused on impact

Validation, adoption & learning

• Participate in sprint reviews to validate that solutions meet business needs
• Support user testing and gather structured feedback
• Help prepare training and adoption materials
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to the Superlinear Playbook

Who You AreEssential Experience

• :3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar role
• Experience working in complex organizations or enterprise environments
• Exposure to technology-enabled transformation projects
• Comfort working with both business and technical stakeholders
