We’re building an all-in-one support platform powered by conversational data and layered with intelligence to help our customers run their operations in real-time. We’re backed by YCombinator, General Catalyst, and a16z and have over 500 B2B companies trusting Pylon to power their customer support and success. This is a fully in-person role; we do not offer remote or hybrid options. - Combine talking directly with customers with building solutions - We're looking for a former SWE who understands what it means to do something once, automate it, and never do it again - Migrate new customers off their old support system to Pylon - Within your first week, run customer migration meetings - Communicate directly with customers and become their main "problem-solver" as they navigate rebuilding their processes and data in Pylon - Become a deep product expert and guide customers to the right solution. The customer isn't always right and they often don't know what they want. It's up to you to teach them - Contribute to pre-sales calls as the be-all-end-all for potential solutions - Be an expert not only in Pylon, but also the systems we migrate from (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.) - Juggle many customers at once and drive them to completion. - Iteratively improve the migration process - Located in (or will relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person - Very organized, hard working and fast. You will be juggling many migrations at once. - Detail-oriented and fast learner. You'll need to become the product expert in many tools quickly. - An interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements - Competitive compensation, based on experience level - Medical, Vision, Dental insurance - 401K - Unlimited PTO - Food in the office - Fun team offsites and events (we just went to Korea!) Have hundreds of paying customers and are growing fast In addition to investment from Y Combinator and General Catalyst, we just announced our $17m Series A led by a16z! Advith Chelikani, Robert Eng, and Marty Kausas Currently 30 and growing!
