We’re looking for a Computer Vision & Deep Learning Team Lead to join a cutting-edge R&D team, developing real-time perception and system awareness capabilities for robotic systems.
🔧 What you’ll do
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of CV/DL engineers
🔹 Stay hands-on — design and develop algorithms end-to-end
🔹 Build and own ML pipelines (data → training → deployment)
🔹 Develop algorithms for detection, classification, and tracking across diverse data types
🔹 Combine classical Computer Vision with modern Deep Learning
🔹 Optimize models for real-time and edge environments
🔹 Drive experimentation and integration into real-world systems
🔹 Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
🎯 What we’re looking for
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Computer Vision / Deep Learning / Algorithms
✔️ 1–2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineers (formal or informal)
✔️ Strong expertise in Computer Vision (classical + DL)
✔️ Proven experience with Object Detection, Classification, Tracking
✔️ Solid understanding of Signal Processing (radar – strong advantage)
✔️ Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV
✔️ Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments
➕ Nice to have
➕ Experience with C / C++
➕ Experience with Linux, Docker, embedded / ARM systems
➕ Familiarity with video streaming (RTSP, GStreamer)
➕ Experience with audio signal processing / multi-modal data
➕ Background in radar or defense systems
