As a sales Manager you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle. We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated individual to drive business growth, exceed sales targets, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

Location : Netanya (On site)
Language : Fluent Hebrew & English
Reporting : Directly to the CEO
Position : Full time, Part time

About the Role:

Develop new accounts, penetrate emerging markets, and establish strategic channels.
Strong technical and software skills, coupled with client management skills.
The ideal candidate will need to learn how to identify and expend opportunities for growth and improvement.
Engage with new clients, generate leads, and effectively manage them.
Experience in sales to defense companies - an advantage.

Qualifications:

5-6 years of experience in sales and channels management
Must have Defense industries experience
Experience in sales of services- advantage
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
Understanding in Software engineering and projects
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or software engineering
