POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides data analysis and maintenance services to University Health by developing application systems using any applicable program. Participates in growth of i patient experience improvement by providing technical assistance to Patient Relations. Promotes process improvement related to the patient experience at University Health
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Computer Science, a health science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience is preferred. A minimum of two years total experience in information systems data analysis is required, which should include one year of decision support experience. Exposure to hospital systems is a plus
