Our Transport team is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled professional to uncover causal relationships and shape the future of decision-making. As a Decision Scientist, you’ll apply advanced statistical methods to real-world business challenges, helping clients unlock insights from their data. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team, working alongside data scientists and engineers to deliver impact-driven solutions.

What You Do

Requirements What You Bring At ADC, we believe that no one succeeds alone - we grow by challenging and supporting each other. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about driving impact with data, thrives in a team-driven environment, and takes ownership of their work.

• 1-3 years of experience in data science, econometrics, or a related field, ideally in consulting or project-based work.
• A strong foundation in causal inference, panel data models, and statistical modelling.
• A strong vision for high-quality model development, with an eagerness to challenge the status quo and improve industry standards.
• A quantitative Academic degree (Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science or a related field).
• Excellent communication skills—you can break down complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset—you’re eager to solve problems, innovate, and drive change.
