Role Description
We are seeking a
Dealer Support & Parts Operations Specialist
for a full-time,
customer onsite role in the United States
.
This is a
dealer-facing, operations-heavy role
focused on executing connectivity-related service and commercial programs. You will act as the
primary interface between dealers and internal teams
, ensuring parts availability, resolving issues quickly, and keeping programs running smoothly.
You’ll own day-to-day coordination across
dealer support, parts planning, and S&OP activities
, while working closely with supply chain, engineering, and operations teams.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Serve as the
primary point of contact for dealers
, handling inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
- Coordinate on
(~100 parts/kits)
