Database Backend & BI Engineer
who can ensure
high-performance databases, accurate reporting, and reliable dashboards

Role Overview
The Database Backend & BI Engineer will be responsible for
designing, optimizing, and managing relational databases
, writing
high-performance SQL queries
, and developing
Power BI dashboards
that support operational, clinical, and management decision-making.This role plays a critical part in handling
large volumes of healthcare data
, ensuring system reliability, and enabling real-time insights for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Database & Backend Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize
(MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server).
Business Intelligence & Analytics (Power BI)
- Design, develop, and maintain
Power BI dashboards and reports
for leadership, operations, and government reporting.
- Build efficient

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in
SQL
, including advanced joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, and aggregations.
- Proven experience in
SQL performance optimization and database tuning
