About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will work with complex biological and genetic datasets to generate insights, build predictive models, and support the development of data-driven healthcare solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including bioinformatics, clinical, and product teams, to transform data into actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large-scale datasets, including genomic and clinical data.
Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Work with bioinformatics teams to support genetic data interpretation.
Design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for internal use.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field
2–3 years of experience in data science or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
Experience with machine learning models and statistical analysis.
Experience working with large datasets.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with NGS data or biological datasets
