Data Scientist
who can drive innovation in both
Natural Language Processing (LLMs)
and
Computer Vision
domains.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience -
Fine-tune
open-source Large Language Models (LLMs)
such as Llama, Mistral, Gemma, DBRX, and others using
LoRA, PEFT, and adapter-based training
techniques.
Build and optimize
Computer Vision models
for
image classification, segmentation, object detection, and OCR
tasks using architectures such as
RCNN, Faster RCNN, Mask RCNN, YOLO,
and
Vision Transformers
.
Apply
transfer learning
and
inference optimization
strategies to improve accuracy and computational efficiency.
Design and implement
synthetic data generation pipelines
for both LLM and vision model training.
Deploy and manage model training and inference workflows using
AWS services
including
SageMaker, S3, EC2, Lambda, and ECR
.
Build
scalable, reproducible ML pipelines
integrating with Ground Truth™’s enterprise workflows.
3-4 years of experience in
Deep Learning
, with proven expertise in both
LLMs
and
Computer Vision
.
Hands-on experience in
fine-tuning and deploying open-source LLMs
(e.g., Llama, Mistral, Gemma, Falcon, DBRX).
Strong understanding of
adapter-based training
,
LoRA
,
quantization
, and
model evaluation techniques
.
