Responsibilities

• Partner closely with product and engineering to define success metrics and drive clarity across experiments, feature launches, and product iterations.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests that measure the impact of changes to model performance, user experience, and pricing strategies.
• Create reliable, self-serve dashboards and reporting tools that empower the entire company to make fast, data-informed decisions.
• Build models and forecasts that help guide product planning, customer segmentation, and growth initiatives.
• Introduce best practices for experimental design, causal inference, and product analytics to scale decision-making as we grow.

Qualifications

You might thrive in this role if you:

• Have 5+ years in a data science or analytics role, ideally within a high-growth product company or research-focused AI organization.
• Are fluent in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, statsmodels or similar), and experienced with experimental design and causal analysis.
• Have led data efforts from scratch: defining new metrics, launching dashboards, and driving insights that directly impacted product decisions.
• Are equally comfortable digging into raw data and presenting findings to cross-functional teams, including engineers, PMs, and leadership.
• Thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
