About the Role

Remote + Full-Time

We’re hiring an Applied Data Scientist with 3+ years of professional experience for a customer-facing role focused on designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working directly with customer stakeholders, guiding them through data science initiatives, and ensuring their long-term success on our platform.

This role requires someone with startup experience who thrives in fast-moving environments. You must demonstrate career stability as frequent job changes (every 1–2 years) will not be accepted.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers to design and build machine learning applications on our platform
• Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects aligned to customer goals
• Build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders
• Translate customer pain points into actionable technical solutions
• Solve a diverse range of ML challenges across industries (finance, healthcare, marketing, energy, e-commerce, etc.)
• Represent the company as an AI/ML expert in customer and partner meetings
• Stay current on innovations in data science and apply them to real customer use cases
• Become an expert on our AI platform and enable customers to build their own AI applications
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to design and deliver robust solutions
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience solving real-world ML problems in business settings
• Hands-on experience with ML, LLMs, RAG, and Python — all are required
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with enterprise stakeholders
• Demonstrated career stability (no frequent job hopping)
• Startup experience is required; you are comfortable with high-velocity work environments
• Domain knowledge in finance is a plus
