What You’ll Do

• Develop and refine algorithms and features for battery diagnostics
• Analyze and interpret complex real-world signals, not just for model accuracy, but for real understanding
• Build new and refine existing ML models
• Collaborate closely with the team to bring ideas from prototype to standardized products

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in data science and machine learning (we use Python)
• Experience working with real-world or experimental data
• Eagerness to learn about batteries and grow into a diagnostics expert
• Pragmatic approach to building: ability to balance quick wins with long-term quality
• Typically 2+ years of relevant experience
• Native English or Finnish speaker
• Working together at the office at least three days a week to share ideas and solve problems faster
