About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our growing data science team within the technology organization. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in statistical modeling, optimization, and healthcare data analysis to uncover hidden drivers and key influences that support strategic decision-making across product, clinical, and leadership teams. Your work will directly impact our product roadmap and business outcomes by leading data-driven initiatives, conducting causal inference analyses, and developing advanced algorithms using cutting-edge technology such as large language models and stochastic optimization techniques. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies, present findings through compelling data visualizations, and mentor junior data scientists to foster best practices. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data science experience in healthcare analytics, population health, or related fields
