About the Role

Job Title: Data Science Solutions
Location: Madrid, Spain (preferably in-office 2-3 days a week)

Responsibilities

• Support clients during onboarding and advise on data strategies.
• Assist clients with data capture, transformation, and analysis.
• Work on various data science and data engineering projects, including:
  • ETL processes
  • Data exploration and visualization
  • Modeling and NLP

What We Expect from You

Data Skills

• Experience and knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Comfortable with cloud developments and API integrations.
• Experience in building analytics pipelines.
• Familiarity with schema design and data modeling.

Communication & Soft Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Curiosity and interest in data science and business problems.
• Energetic, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ambitious.
• Quick learner, flexible, and willing to take risks.
• Organized and proactive.
• Proficient in English.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with DBT.
• Familiarity with Python and/or R libraries for data cleaning and exploration (e.g., Pandas, Tidyverse).
• Previous experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).

Compensation

• Salary: €30K-€65K depending on experience and learning potential.
• Permanent contract.
• Choice of equipment (MacBook Pro or similar).
• Office equipment provided (screen, keyboard, mouse).

Selection Process
