Role Overview
We are looking for a
detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive (Data Research & List Building Specialist)
to strengthen our sales engine by providing high-quality, verified prospect data.
The role focuses purely on
data collection, enrichment, and list accuracy
— not outreach.
You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to research target companies, identify key decision-makers, and maintain a high-quality database that fuels all outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and
identify target companies
across specific industries
- Build
accurate, segmented contact lists
of decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other tools
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in
sales research, lead generation, or market data collection
- Strong knowledge of

Performance Metrics
- Volume and quality of validated contacts generated
- Accuracy and completeness of data fields
- Adherence to target ICP definitions
- Timely delivery of weekly data batches
