Position: Courtroom Deputy/Data Quality Analyst
Salary: CL 27 ($65,121 - $105,857), based on qualifications
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota. Permanent duty station will be the U.S. Courthouse in Minneapolis. Training will take place at both the U.S. Courthouse in Minneapolis and St. Paul. The selected candidate must be available to regularly travel to and work at both locations based on operational needs.
Due to the nature of courtroom and in-person operational responsibilities, this position requires a consistent on-site presence. Some telework will be available on an ad hoc basis depending on court schedules.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

Position Overview
The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota is accepting applications for a full-time Courtroom Deputy/Data Quality Analyst.
This newly created hybrid position will support the operational functions of the Clerk of Court's Office and one or more United States Bankruptcy Court Judges. Duties include reviewing official case records for accuracy and completion, making corrections, testing new events, preparing statistical reports, monitoring filings, researching case management issues, scheduling hearings and trials, and managing judges' caseloads.
The position supports the Clerk's Office Case Administrator Team, Courtroom Deputy Team, and judges. It requires collaboration with court staff, judges, and law clerks, while also demanding personal accountability and the ability to work independently.
The position may require work beyond standard hours depending on court proceedings and chambers needs, and may include occasional overnight travel within Minnesota.
