Job Summary
A Data Operations Analyst supports the stability and quality of the platform by monitoring data, resolving issues, and improving how data is handled across the business. The role works closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to troubleshoot problems, surface insights, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
They help manage data-related costs, support scalability initiatives, coordinate with vendors, and maintain clear documentation. The analyst ensures customers receive accurate, reliable data and that internal teams have the information and processes needed to operate efficiently.
