LMI is seeking a skilled Data Management Analyst for a remote position. Successful Data Management Analysts demonstrate competency in project execution, leadership, critical thinking, relationship management, and solving complex challenges while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

Providing direct support to OSD Energy, this Data Management Analyst will:

Develop, implement, and maintain data management policies and processes to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business objectives and project goals.
Monitor and analyze data systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring data quality and accuracy across all platforms.
Facilitate data governance initiatives to promote best practices and compliance with industry regulations.
Provide training and support to team members on data management tools, policies, and procedures.
Generate and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role.
Strong understanding of data management principles, policies, and best practices.
Proficiency in data management tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Desired Skills

Masters degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in data management or data governance (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP)).

Target salary range: $82,986 - $141,154
