Responsibilities
Providing direct support to OSD Energy, this Data Management Analyst will:
- Develop, implement, and maintain data management policies and processes to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management strategies with business objectives and project goals.
- Monitor and analyze data systems to identify and resolve issues, ensuring data quality and accuracy across all platforms.
- Facilitate data governance initiatives to promote best practices and compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members on data management tools, policies, and procedures.
- Generate and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
Desired Skills
- Masters degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in data management or data governance (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP)).
Target salary range: $82,986 - $141,154
