Job Description This role will be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Chicago, Toronto, or Washington DC.  At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are seeking a Tech & Analytics Sr Associate to join our Tech and Transformation team, supporting LinkedIn’s Global Business Organization (GBO). This is a unique opportunity to design, build, and scale business applications and reporting solutions that are purpose-built for our stakeholders, future-proofed for a rapidly evolving business landscape, and scalable across all lines of business. You will apply your expertise in system design, analytics, and business strategy to streamline reporting capabilities and influence our broader data strategy.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, Data Science, and Engineering, to deliver critical business solutions and processes on Microsoft Power Platforms. You will drive alignment on metric source-of-truth datasets, develop a deep understanding of key sales metrics, and partner with Data Science and Engineering to build optimal platforms for data processing and consumption.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing enterprise business applications
• 1+ years of experience with Power Platforms (PL-900 certification) and JavaScript, C#, or Typescript
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative fields, OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with relational database queries (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
• Experience mentoring developers or leading teams
• Knowledge of end-to-end Financial Planning & Budgeting processes, including forecasting, headcount planning, and spend management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex strategies into actionable recommendations
• Comfortable with data and ambiguity; able to engage in both operational tactics and big-picture strategy
• Independently and proactively seeks information, solves conceptual problems, and delivers results in challenging situations
• Adaptable to change and excited by working in a rapidly evolving team

The pay range for this role is $94,000 to $154,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
