Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for data analysis and generate reports for estate sub-system performance.

• Develop data processing pipeline and conduct exploratory analysis.

• Develop analytics programs, Machine Learning algorithms and statistical method for smart estate applications,

• Identify ways to improve data reliability and quality.

• Conduct research and explore for innovative solutions.

• Monitor compliance to project requirement, performance standards and specifications.

• Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.

• Cooperate and communicate effectively with product development and operation team for implementation.

• Assist in improving/optimizing and maintaining existing applications/models and documenting.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Analytics, or related technical field.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in data engineering for a diverse range of projects.

• Excellent data science knowledge is desirable.

• Strong in Python and Java programming.

• Knowledge in Data Management, ETL is preferred.

• Strong logical and analytic skills.

• Passion and curiosity for solving challenging problems by leveraging on the right technology.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Able to work comfortably and independently in a fast-paced environment.
