We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Data Consultant to join our growing Data & AI team at Qrious. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-impact, data-driven solutions that help our customers solve complex problems, unlock insights, and drive meaningful outcomes.
You’ll work hands-on across a variety of industries, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to design, build, and implement modern data solutions. Your work will directly contribute to the continued growth and success of Qrious, helping position us as a trusted leader in the Data & AI space across Aotearoa.

Deliver high-quality data and AI solutions that meet customer expectations, aligning with agreed timelines, budgets, and best practices. This includes solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-delivery support.
Build and maintain customer trust by being actively involved in project delivery, owning outcomes, and consistently demonstrating technical excellence and professionalism throughout every engagement.

Passion for technology, data, and AI.
Experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric)
Knowledge of public cloud services (especially AWS and/or Azure)
Understanding of emerging technologies (e.g. generative AI, machine learning, real time analytics)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or priorities in a dynamic environment, balancing deadlines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, positive, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team
Previous experience in a consulting or customer-facing role, ideally within the data, analytics, or technology space. You should be comfortable working directly with clients to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
