You will also be part of automation initiatives, including Zoho automation and AI-driven process improvements for internal operations.

What You Will Do
- Build daily dashboards for all 3 service verticals (Sales + Marketing)
- Track operational KPIs for Staff Augmentation, Software Services & On-Demand Apps
- Create HR hiring visibility for both internal roles & staff augmentation
- Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones & delivery metrics
- Prepare weekly & monthly CEO review reports
- Participate in Zoho automation implementation (CRM, Projects, Recruit, People)
