We’re looking for a hands-on Data Analytics Associate who wants to work deep in real-world data while moving fast with our product team. If you love to turn raw and messy data into insights, dashboards, and models that directly shape real product decisions and user experience - not gather dust - this is your role.

Kiku is building the first automation platform for frontline hiring - the 80% of the global workforce that keeps society running. From hospitality to healthcare, logistics to retail, we automate sourcing, screening, and engagement using AI. We’ve just raised a substantial seed round from Cherry Ventures, PSV, Yellow, and top European angels. Now we’re scaling fast.

What You’ll Work On

• Work with the founders to define the key metrics that actually matter - and set up clean, reliable dashboards across our product - track them ruthlessly
• Turn messy user and product data into insights that shape decisions in product, sales, and strategy
• Prototype simple models and data automations that improve sourcing quality, screening accuracy, or candidate engagement

What We’re Looking For

• You care about impact - not perfection and prefer moving fast, and iterating
• You’ve built before dashboards with real users before (Posthog, Metabase or similar). Home projects can also qualify!
• You can take a vague business question and turn it into a clear metric, analysis, or experiment
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Typescript, Python or similar)

• Office first culture, by the lakes in our Copenhagen office
• Work directly with Eric (CEO) and Rasmus (CTO)
