We are looking for an who will: * Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions. * Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns. * Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to ensure data quality. * Automate reports. * Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related areas. * Experience with SQL and database manipulation. * Experience in data analysis and extracting insights. * Concepts of descriptive statistics and exploratory modeling. * Familiarity with visualization tools * Basic experience with Databricks. * Practical experience with ETL or ELT processes. * Data Integrity and Quality: strong emphasis on maintaining data integrity and quality. * Excellent teamwork and communication skills. * Creative problem-solving mindset. * Attention to detail. * Highly responsible, given the financial nature of our company. * Innovative and proactive, taking initiatives. * Strategic thinking and ability to set goals and achieve them.
