Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst , located in Nicosia .

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support business decision-making. The role involves building reports/dashboards, identifying trends, and collaborating with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:00–08:30 until 15:00–16:30

Qualifications

Day to Day Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and process data from multiple sources (databases, Excel files, internal systems).
Perform data cleansing , de-duplication, and consistency checks to ensure accuracy.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reports for management and business teams.

At minimum, a Bachelor’s degree (or College Diploma) in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business IT , or a related field.

At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in data analysis / reporting / BI after obtaining the required academic qualifications.

Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation, charts).

Good knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, aggregations).

Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau will be considered a strong advantage.

Familiarity with data cleaning and data quality checks.

Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Fluency in the Greek language (English is an advantage).

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze datasets.

Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and provide recommendations based on insights.

Support business units with ad-hoc analysis and decision support.

Collaborate with IT / Product / Operations teams to define reporting needs and improve data availability.

Document metrics, definitions, and reporting procedures.
