We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and forward-thinking Data Analyst to play a key role in our expanding Operations team to help our strategic shift to a Data Driven Organisation. This role has a unique opportunity to set the foundation for data processes, reporting, and automation. You’ll collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to unlock Business Intelligence insights that will drive key business strategies and create meaningful operational efficiencies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record in data extraction, integration, and automation projects.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and managing data from relational databases is mandatory.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience with automation tools beneficial (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier).
• Familiarity with scripting & analytic languages like Python or R is advantageous.
