We are growing fast and scouting for new people to join our dynamic team in the most exciting stage! Currently, we're

looking for a Data Analyst

to serve as the vital link between our high-fidelity AI models and actionable game design. You will be responsible for making sense of the "human experience" our agents quantify, turning complex behavioral data into the "why" behind player retention and engagement.

The Role & Impact

• Translate raw AI data

  and synthetic agent actions into meaningful, high-level insights.

• Analyze "player behavior" patterns generated by our Synthetic Population platform.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to validate model outputs against real-world gaming metrics.

• Help define the KPIs that transform "synthetic player data" into a strategic advantage for studios.

Requirements

• Strong background in data visualization and statistical analysis.
• Ability to extract narrative from complex, multi-modal datasets.
• Experience with SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), or similar data science toolkits.
• A "gamer’s intuition" to understand what metrics actually matter to a Game Designer.
