General Responsibilities:
It ensures the reliable and secure distribution of data and reports via automation workflows, supporting system performance and uptime across business units. This role provides both L1 and L2 operational support, including after-hours coverage, and manages data pipeline deployments, report handovers, and complex data queries. The role also administers reporting platforms, upholding standards in platform performance, access control, documentation, and data security while driving continuous service and process improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and successful distribution of reports and data files via email, SFTP, and other distribution methods.
- Monitor and manage automated reporting workflows to maintain optimal system uptime and performance.
- Create and configure proactive alert mechanisms for issue detection and mitigation.
- Conduct regular health checks of reporting infrastructure and data automation processes.
- Plan and request infrastructure changes (e.g., capacity expansion or reduction) related to reporting workflows.
- Serve as L1/L2 support for report-related operational issues, including urgent calls beyond business hours.
- Analyze and resolve production issues by providing technical requirements, solutions, and enhancements.
- Deploy tables and data pipelines to production, ensuring smooth release management.
- Oversee documented handover of workflows and reports from development to production.
- Monitor and improve reporting platform performance through tuning and optimization.
- Manage user access controls and permissions across reporting and data visualization tools.
- Execute business continuity testing related to reporting infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational records in alignment with tech and operations guidelines.
- Support rollouts and project initiatives involving reporting systems.
- Enforce data security and compliance practices in the context of reporting operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, and other related fields.
- With experience in SQL, ETL, Data pipelines- Required
- Familiarity in BI tool- required
- Nice to have: Python and Big Query

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
